- Be sure you are in our service area: Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Round Rock, Hutto, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Jonestown, Lago Vista and Austin, Texas.
- We have a trip minimum of $79, plus tax. Therefore, even if you just need 1 room or 1 rug the minimum charge is $79, plus tax.
- If you received a special offer from us or elsewhere, please let us know in the note section when booking your appointment.
- Our online scheduling does not account for drive time. Therefore, we may contact you and let you know as accurately as we can of our estimated time of arrival.
- If you have any questions after scheduling your appointment, please call us at 512-650-2500 during business hours or email us at info@mycarpetzen.com.
- If you are more than 20 miles from 78641, we may charge a mileage fee (depends on distance and size of job). However, we will let you know this before your appointment and try to be lenient (in favor of our customers) on this policy.
